Glitter at the ready.

13 May 2019

Glasto is back, I repeat Glasto is back! After a two year hiatus, Britain’s most popular music festival returns to Worthy Farm. With a seriously impressive line-up, the promise of a scorching hot heatwave, and a bevy of Insta-ready stars in attendance, it’s set to be bigger than ever before.

To top it all off, Glastonbury has issued a site-wide ban on plastic bottles and we are SO here for it.

With just over a month to go, here’s a round-up of everything you need to know. (Biodegradable) glitter and basic flower crowns at the ready, festivalgoers.

When is Glastonbury?

The festival is taking place from Wed, 26 Jun 2019 – Sun, 30 Jun 2019.

Where is it?

Glasto returns to its iconic Worthy Farm site in Pilton, Somerset. The festival took a year off last year in order to give the fields a break.

Who's performing?

This year’s epic line-up will see The Killers and The Cure headlining the Pyramid stage alongside Stormzy, Kylie Minogue and Janet Jackson.

Other performers include Miley Cyrus, George Ezra and Tame Impala. Hellz to the yes.

Here’s the full performance schedule for all 12 stages, which was revealed on Glastonbury’s official Instagram page.

Where can I watch it?

If you’re not one of the lucky few who managed to bag a ticket (totally not bitter at all), BBC is here to banish the FOMO with live footage of the full five days.

Until then, we’ll be praying for a miracle *ahem a ticket*.
