Hailey Baldwin shares her ultimate festive dressing guide and the beauty products she can't live without

Exclusive: Hailey serves the sass in PrettyLittleThing.com's holiday campaign.

06 Nov 2018

2018 has been quite the year for Hailey Baldwin. After the twenty-one-year-old exclusively told GLAMOUR that going home to her family enabled her to find love, came the small matter of THAT engagement to Justin Bieber. Whilst her personal life has flourished, Hayley’s career has continued to accelerate and she ends the year as the face of PrettyLittleThing.com’s Holiday campaign following in the footsteps of Ashley Graham. Plot spoiler: it contains more sparkle than Santa’s grotto.

Here, Hailey talks about the key to serving sass for the sartorial season, why it was important for her to front ’s campaign with their fully representative brand ethos and the beauty product she would NEVER leave for a party without...

You are serving some serious ‘sexy glam’ in the campaign! What advice would you have about bringing out your confidence for the Christmas party season?

Confidence comes from within. You really have to start with yourself. Everything else, the hair, makeup and clothing are just added bonuses!

How do you mix high-end and the high street when it comes to your party dressing wardrobe?

I think it’s great to mix high and low. I love to invest in a great pair of heels and an awesome bag.

Any secret tips to keeping warm in a mini dress?

An oversized jacket - I love oversized to off-set a more sexy look.

Do you have any party hacks to get through the soiree season?

Drink lots of water and don’t burn yourself out on the first few parties. Holiday season is extremely fun, but it can be very long.

What’s the one beauty product you wouldn’t leave the house without for a party?

My bareMINERALS foundation and bare MINERALS lip gloss. I've been wearing bareMINERALS my whole life. I also really love a Tom Ford or a Pat McGrath lab moment!

The PrettyLittleThing.com collection goes from sizes 6 to 26, how important is it to you to front a fully representative brand?

Fashion is for everybody. If we can’t all wear the same clothes, what can we all do together?! I love that PLT celebrates and includes all shapes and sizes. It’s one of the reasons I was drawn to the brand.

How have you seen the issue of representation change as you have gone through your career?

It is definitely getting more inclusive but there is still a long way to go. I am really excited to see how the fashion business continues to celebrate and accept diversity.
