K-Pop stars are notoriously secretive about their skincare routines, usually because they're tied to endorsement deals. So we never typically hear which incredible K Beauty products they slather on their faces to get that gorgeous, clear, porcelain skin.
So when 17-year-old Kyla Massie from the K-Pop group Pristin shared her entire regime on Twitter, it was almost too good to be true. We read every single precious recommendation and immediately wanted to stock our bathroom cabinet with all of it.
The first step in Kyla's routine is, of course, a creamy cleanser to take off make-up. For that, she uses The FaceShop cleansing cream. Sounds like she does a double cleanse, following that cream with The FaceShop foam. Sometimes, she uses the Dr G Crystal Peeling as an exfoliant.
From there, she uses Cosrx AHA/BHA toner, which is a mild toner with a slight exfoliating effect.
Next, it's Missha Time Revolution Essence, which she claims locks in moisture. Then it's Innisfree Green Tea Lotion, for daytime use. Followed by Tonymoly Green Tea intense cream at night.
She's extremely cautious with her skin and knows how important it is to protect the face with sunscreen every day. She uses Cosrx sunscreen every day and says that she's noticed a dramatic difference to her skin since she's been putting it on every day, even on the grey days.
As a treat, she also uses a series of different face masks to really seal in the moisture and give her skin that proper glow. Among her favourites are the Creme rose oil overnight mask, which she pops on after her usual nighttime routine, I'm Sorry For My Skin jelly mask, which she likes for travel and the Aztec healing clay mask, which she says is good for all skin.
She also lists a few of her drugstore picks: Dr. Bronner's tea tree castor soap, Dickinson's witch hazel for toner and Cetaphil.
And that's that. An absolute glut of gorgeous K-beauty and American brands to get that seriously enviable glow.
