What springs to mind when you think festival fashion? Sequin bikinis, neon minidresses, the odd pair of denim hot pants, almost certainly. You probably won't, however, have transparent clothing top of your wishlist.
Prepare for a major curveball, then, because Pretty Little Thing are selling a range of totally see-through fashion that will, allegedly, make "all of your festival dreams come true."
The new offering from the online retailer features completely transparent jackets, skirts, trousers and bralet tops for those daring to bare all - and trust us, they leave nothing to the imagination.
There's even a denim-inspired trouser and cropped jacket combo, complete with stitching and button detailing.
While brave shoppers might prefer to showcase their undies in the totally clear pieces, there's also a range of coloured alternatives available in lime, hot pink and lilac, which provide minimally more coverage.
Are they plastic? Vinyl? Clingfilm? No-one, even PLT, seems certain about what the "mixed fibres" consist of.
And while they're bound to keep you dry from the inevitable festival showers, we're betting they aren't breathable, if you get our drift.
Naturally, the good people of Twitter had a *few* things to say about the new collection.
They may not prove as divisive as the high-cut denim janties on the festival circuit this year, but we've no doubt these eye-popping pieces will be making an appearance on a festival field this summertime. Brace yourself.
