To discover exactly how we can make our hair the healthiest it can be to shine as brightly as possible, we spoke to celebrity hair stylist Aaron Carlo for his top tips, and he told us it's all about condition, blow-dries and shine spray.
"Looking after the condition of your hair is the top priority, invest in a good masque and leave on hair for 15 minutes twice a week to keep the moisture levels up," Aaron tells us.

"Your blow-drying technique really matters. Get a great oil and apply to mid lengths and ends before blow-drying hair, with a nozzle on and always pointing down the hair to smooth down the cuticle which helps reflect the light.
"When finished, gently mist a lightweight shine spray over the hair, make sure you hold it away from your hair while applying though, you don't want to overload the hair and have shine turn into grease."
